Paolo Apostolides
Paolo graduated with a Master of Architecture at The University of Sydney in 2017. His Architecture internship was completed in Basel, Switzerland in 2015. Recently, he has been working with the Sydney-based practice Place Studio and researching building components as prosthetic habitat structures at the Royal College of Art in London.

+30 210 700 6539His work and research aim to demonstrate local ways of supporting the future of globally threatened species on the periphery of land-based ecosystems, as the point of departure, to propose techniques and methodologies that can be more widely applied to other regions of the world, exploring prosthetic habitat structures that can be implemented into housing developments. His practice addresses themes such as biodiversity loss, notions of environmental stewardship, biodiversity net gain, ecological resilience, and housing design. He is committed to examining the practical influence new homes with uniquely engineered building elements can have on biodiversity.
