Konstantinos is the Co-Founder of Unity in Philia and serves as Head of International Relations and Administration, where he plays a leading role in the organisation’s strategic development, administrative coordination, international engagement, and institutional growth. In this capacity, he is responsible for strengthening external partnerships, advancing strategic engagement, and supporting the effective implementation of Unity in Philia’s international objectives. His work includes the development and execution of cultural diplomacy strategies, the management of international institutional relations, and the coordination of initiatives aligned with the organisation’s broader mission.
In addition to his role within Unity in Philia, Konstantinos serves as Executive Chairman of Professionals in International Trade, an Australian nonprofit organisation focused on connecting and supporting professionals across international trade, investment, business, and foreign affairs. In this role, he provides strategic leadership in the development, growth, and international positioning of the organisation. This role further reflects his experience in founding and developing organisations, building institutional structures, expanding professional and international networks, and leading initiatives that connect stakeholders across borders. Through this work, he continues to strengthen his broader capacity to scale organisations, expand their reach internationally, and create platforms for meaningful cross-border cooperation.
He completed his studies at Macquarie University in the field of International Relations, where he undertook four years of academic training in political theory, international institutions, governance structures, and the social and political movements that influence the global balance. This academic background strengthened his ability to analyse international systems, understand governance structures, and develop strategies for cross-border cooperation.
Drawing on both academic and professional experience, Konstantinos contributes to the development of strategies aimed at promoting international cooperation, mutual understanding, and sustainable prosperity. His work is guided by a commitment to building meaningful bridges between cultures, institutions, and societies, with a view to strengthening dialogue, collaboration, and long-term cohesion at the international level.
He began his professional career in 2018 in the field of International Relations, serving as Executive Assistant to the Trade Commissioner of Greece in Australia, under the supervision of the Embassy of Greece. In that role, he supported Greek businesses in the promotion of their products and services abroad and contributed to the expansion of their commercial networks across the Oceania region, with particular emphasis on Australia and New Zealand.
He subsequently gained further experience in the fields of Public Administration, International Trade, and Investment, further enriching his understanding of institutional processes, international cooperation, commercial diplomacy, and the broader frameworks shaping cross-border engagement. This combination of experience has strengthened his capacity to lead organisations, develop international partnerships, and support initiatives with lasting strategic value.
